On Saturday, March 9, 2019  join us at the 7th Annual LOCS a day of powerful sessions and talks facilitated by dynamic speakers! LOCS ensures an affirming, inclusive, and diverse environment and reflects all aspects of our vibrant community.

Raquel Willis is a Black queer transgender activist, writer and speaker dedicated to inspiring and elevating marginalized individuals, particularly transgender women of color. She is a National Organizer for Transgender Law Center, the largest organization in the U.S. advocating on behalf of transgender and gender nonconforming people. She is also a part of Echoing Ida, a national Black women’s writing collective. Raquel is a thought leader on gender, race and intersectionality.

Jenna Tenn-Yuk (she, her) is a writer, speaker, facilitator and performer. She has spoken nationally at the Walrus Talks, TEDx, Parliament Hill and numerous conferences, engaging audiences through personal storytelling and spoken word. She speaks on being LGBTQ+ and Christian, and empowering people to express their truths.

Grace Moreno is a senior executive, startup nurturer, and mission-driven entrepreneur with more than 25 years’ experience leading state and national nonprofit organizations.
 
As executive director of the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Grace is currently fostering economic growth and viability for LGBT-owned and allied businesses, corporations, and professionals
throughout the Commonwealth.

Xoài Phạm is a Vietnamese trans woman descended from a long lineage of women warriors. She is happiest when eating fruits on the beach. She is committed to building a world that nurtures all oppressed peoples. She is especially passionate about sex workers’ rights, trans people of color, and Indigenous sovereignty.
